While telecommuting has existed for decades, the Coronavirus pandemic challenged organizations and employees to rethink their approach to remote work. Today, it has become the new norm for many organizations with one in five employees working from home. Although some organizations have since returned to their pre-pandemic routines and the number of job postings for full-time remote work are on a slight decline, it is clear the movement is no longer a temporary trend.

Having spent more than 25 years leading and mentoring athletes in sports of nearly every type, it’s safe to say that Dr. Tim Rice is a coach to his very core. 

When it comes to education, that passion for teaching and connecting with others has been fueled by one prevailing philosophy.
