Biography

Dr. Breon Haskett is an Assistant Professor in the Global College of Professional Advancement at the University of Arizona Global Campus. Dr. Haskett’s area of expertise is organizational leadership and leadership development, and he views his role as an instructor as a natural extension of that knowledge—helping students become stronger and more effective leaders and managers.

Dr. Haskett spent his early leadership years serving the Nation as a U.S. Marine. After 25 years of service, he retired and transitioned to the civilian workforce as a leadership consultant, speaker, and C-suite mentor. He has also served in a strategic leadership role with a large nonprofit organization.

Dr. Haskett holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Averett University, a Master of Arts in Leadership – Organizational Behavior from Shorter University, and a Ph.D. in Education with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University. He also holds certifications as a Six Sigma Green Belt and Master Trainer.
