
Dr. Michael Robinson
Academic Integrity Administrator
Biography
Dr. Michael Robinson is an Academic Integrity administrator as well as an Associate Faculty and Chairperson in the PhD Education program within the Department of Education and Liberal Arts at the University of Arizona Global Campus. He received his PhD in Education, a master’s degree in Secondary Education (with a concentration in Language Arts instruction), and bachelor’s degrees in English and European Studies, allowing him national teacher certification and licensure in both English and Social Studies.
Dr. Robinson spent much of his career teaching in public, charter, and alternative schools in the state of Colorado, and brought this experience to UAGC in 2015. Dr. Robinson initially began as an Admission Specialist before transitioning to Academic Integrity and working with dissertation students as a Chair and committee member.
Dr. Robinson is passionate about building positive relationships with all students and colleagues, and especially interested in mentoring aspiring educators. Having extensive background and research in the area of teacher wellness, he has published many works on the benefits of mindfulness practices, work-life balance, and self-care strategies. He currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
