Biography
Dr. Romona "Felicia" Banks is an accomplished educator and researcher specializing in organizational psychology and distance education. As an Associate Faculty member at the University of Arizona Global Campus’s College of Arts & Sciences, Department of Behavioral Sciences, she has dedicated her career to fostering an inclusive and stimulating learning environment. Dr. Banks believes in individualized education and employs diverse teaching methods, including technology integration, case studies, and group projects, to help students thrive intellectually and socially. With a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Walden University, she brings a robust academic background to her instructional roles. Her passion for education and student success is evident through her commitment to enhancing student research and writing skills, providing personalized feedback, and facilitating critical discussions.
Throughout her career, Dr. Banks has taught a variety of courses, ranging from introductory psychology to applied social psychology and leadership ethics. She serves as a Faculty Advisor Board Member for the University of Arizona Global Campus’s Psych Club.
